What You Will Do and Learn

As an Engagement Manager in our Pigment practice, you will help some of the world’s most well-known organizations and start-ups solve business challenges through FP&A software solutions.

  • Assume the role of project lead for customer implementations of Pigment, overseeing all aspects of project management, including risk mitigation, issue resolution, major decision-making, and ongoing monitoring of project status and health, ensuring timely delivery and overall success.

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer executive sponsors to create passion and satisfaction for Pigment

  • Manage and maintain customer relationships, ensuring that all customers attain a high level of adoption and business value from usingPigment

  • Establish measurable goals and KPIs for your customer accounts and drive a plan to completion.

  • Deliver awe-inspiring presentations, provide insightful practices, and structure creative project plans.

  • We are a “work from home” organization with very little travel to clients and/or conferences. Travel would likely be no more than 2 - 5 days a year.

Who You Are

  • Significant experience in account management or project management at a software or professional services firm

  • Have a strong understanding of various project management methodologies to guide our consultants and clients on the best approach for their project

  • Experience in preparing and delivering presentations targeted to a senior audience

  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to reduce confusion, set clear expectations, and keep projects on track.

  • Be able to continuously meet deadlines, execute on projects, and prioritize workload accordingly.

  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needs.

  • Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision.
